Maintenance Reporting Procedures
Dear Tenant(s),
For reporting routine (non-emergency) maintenance requests. You can submit a request via Rent CafĂ©: “submit maintenance requests.”
OR
You can contact our office at (415)-550-0300 and someone will assist you.
We will process your maintenance request and inform you of the scheduled date and time of entry. If you do not need an appointment and wish to have maintenance done at the first available opportunity, please write it is “OK” to enter. We will complete the requested maintenance within the next 2 (two) business days. If we are unable to complete the requested maintenance within 2 (two) business days, we will notify you.
Please note we do not guarantee appointments, if we are able to make the scheduled date and time you will be notified.
